Animals have fascinated me from an early age. Growing up, my family always had cats, and later we also kept chickens and dogs. I was introduced to horses when I was young, and I have been fascinated by them ever since. Today, I regularly help look after our dog, Skye. I love dogs and enjoy every opportunity to learn more about animals and experience their world firsthand.

Spending time with animals allows me to better understand their behavior, their role in ecosystems, and the importance of conservation. One of my most memorable experiences was in South Africa, where I had the opportunity to accompany animal carers and help look after elephants and big cats. I learned more about their needs, behavior, and the challenges involved in protecting them.

Beyond these experiences, I have encountered many different species in their natural habitats during safaris and visits to wildlife sanctuaries. Seeing animals where they truly belong—whether in the African bush, at watering holes, or roaming freely across vast landscapes—has been both inspiring and humbling.
